Kindy Pantomine!

At the end of the year all the kindy classes take part in the kindy pantomine. Noah was lucky enough to be a sheep. It is performed on the outdoor stage at school and once again the parents use their picnic rugs - the pantomine was lovely - Noah learned so many Xmas carols and had a lvoely time - we could even here him singing! Pictured also is Mr Ogilvie the school Principal.

Clever kids!

Noah and Kaitlyn recently received awards at the School presentation night. Noah received a teachers award for the Most Improved and Kaitlyn received an Academic Award for Excellence in English - we were thrilled - we love their school and they are all thriving there.

Kaitlyn is 12...

This is Kate's party - we had pizza at a lovely local beach - the girls swam and played Eagle Tag (very like touch rugby) and then we walked to a local Chocolate Dessert Cafe. Was a lovely night and beautiful weather. It is so pretty at this beach - we visit a lot and have dinner there regularly in the summer. A very special find!

Noah!

Kates Team the Netball PSSA Champions!

Kate and Molly played netball for school last season. Kate's teams won which was so exciting - the team they opposed had their whole school cheering them on - but a few Mums from our team helped out and made up for it! I helped coach and it was great fun and they were a lovely bunch of girls.

Noah and I!

Book week at school!

Here is Noah already for the parade for book week - another opportunity for the parents to picnic on the oval!

Halloween!

This is the creation by Andy and the kids - Halloween is readily celebrated here and many kids Tick or Treat - our kids love it. The pumpkins are also readily available to transform.. Granny was visiting at the time - which was lovely.

Sand storm!

This is what it looked like out our window on the day of the sand storm. It was most unusual and covered everything in a fine red dust. Lot of kids did not attend school - ours were not so lucky.

Noah on Dads bike!

Noah loves Andy's motorbike and most nights runs down to meet him and catch a quick ride if he can wrangle it! PS He is wearing his winter uniform complete with tie - I still can't master it!

A week away in Diamond Beach!

We hired a house in March and went away to Diamond Beach north of Sydney near Forster. We had a lovely house and a lovely view. Andy surfed lots, got to use his new camera as you can see and we just had a great relaxing time in a beautiful part of Sydney. It was a well needed break!

Tom turns 18!

Tom turned 18 - gosh that time went fast! He is now finished school and did really well in HSC! We were very proud and a little relieved!!

Soccer season!

Noah, Molly and Kate played soccer this year - makes for a busy week with three practices and three games to get to each week. Noah had a great first season with all boys from school - they were a lovely team and were lucky enough to have a great Dad coach the team. We had many a practice afternoon we could sit in the sun and watch. Molly's team pictured were the winners of Gala Day which was very exciting. Noah was very vocal on the field - but got better as the season moved on.

Seaforth School Easter Hat Parade!

This is an Australian thing - the kids make hats at school to celebrate Easter! Here is Noah with his buddy Patrick ready to parade in front of the whole school. Parents come and watch - the weather was great and we were able to sit on picnic rugs in the sun and enjoy. There is music and a great atmosphere!!
